Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Officer – Electrical, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and safety of electrical systems at airport facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintenance Supervision

Oversee daily electrical maintenance activities performed by contractors.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Use the Facilities Asset Management System to conduct audits and inspections.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team comprising electrical supervisors, both in-house and contractors.
Monitor performance and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Procurement and Budgeting

Raise requisitions for materials and services through ORACLE, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
Monitor usage of spare parts and maintain optimal stock levels.

Quality Control

Inspect vendor-completed projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the Permit to Work team to coordinate safe work procedures.

Documentation and Monitoring

Keep technical records and performance data up-to-date.
Contribute to developing technical scopes and specifications for engineering projects.

Required Qualifications

Education	Experience Required
High School / Vocational Diploma	Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree	Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

Experience in airports, large commercial buildings, or five-star hotels
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and technical drawings
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work shifts and weekends
